The hotel offered a cozy and clean stay with friendly staff and a convenient location near the city center. The room was comfortable, the service was warm and welcoming, and the dining experience was delicious. However, the size of the room was a bit small and close to the radiator, making it challenging to move around on one side.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were bright, lovely furnished, and the bed was so comfortable. It was great having a fridge in the room and an ironing board with an iron available. The view of the lovely park from our bedroom was fantastic.

The staff was extremely helpful and provided us with a lovely warm room late in the evening. They bent over backwards to rectify a shower problem and even facilitated a later check-in due to unexpected circumstances. They were very cordial and accommodating.

The hotel's location was excellent, overlooking a lovely park and near the shops and restaurants of Mill Road. It was a bit outside the city center, but the beautiful countryside surroundings made up for it. Good local amenities were just down the road, and the bustling Mill Road with its many restaurants, bars, and shops was just a stone's throw away.

I found it disappointing that they charged extra for breakfast, especially for basic options like cereal, fruit, and toast. The only breakfast available was a delivered packet to the room. However, the room did have tea and coffee necessities and a refrigerator.
